BSR20 Marketing
The Project: In 2020, the pandemic forced us to pivot the BSR Conference to a virtual event, and I led marketing for it.
My Role: Marketing Lead, Project Manager
Activities: For this project, I developed the global marketing strategy (U.S., EMEA, Asia), provided input on the theme and design, project-managed implementation, wrote copy for Google AdWords, led partner marketing, collaborated on an editorial speaker Q&A blog series, strategized and wrote direct email marketing, and created LinkedIn ads.
Results: Not only did BSR earn a profit from this conference, but we were also able to maintain relationships with our key stakeholders during the pandemic.
